Organizational success is measured by how well a company meets the individual objectives of its business plan. Those objectives include setting goals, making plans to meet those goals, not letting obstacles derail plans and monitoring the workflow to ensure the plans are on track. Effective communication about expectations and progress to everyone involved in the process is also important.
For organizational efforts to be successful, it is imperative that a capable leader be in place. The leader provides support and ensures the team has the necessary tools to complete assigned tasks. The leader may also delegate some responsibilities to other qualified individuals.
