The number of boxes that fit on a pallet depends on the size of the boxes and how high they are stacked. A standard pallet can fit 60 boxes measuring 12 inches tall, long and wide, stacked 60 inches high.
A standard shipping pallet measures 40 inches by 48 inches. The height it can be packed to is largely determined by the method of shipment. For example, FedEx air cargo carriers can accommodate a pallet up to 85 inches in height. If packed to this height, a standard pallet can fit 84 boxes measuring 12 inches tall, long and wide.
