Register for an online account at Toyota Financial Services if you do not already have one; when you log in, select Payments at the top, and then pick Enroll in Online Payments, according to Toyota Financial Services. You need your bank account number and bank routing number. To pay by mail, send a check and your statement to the address on the statement.
