Metavante Corporation’s name was M&I Data Services before 2000. With its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, it is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services, says Bloomberg Business.
One of the milestones of the company was its first successful ATM transaction over TYME, a shared network named “Take Your Money Everywhere.” Metavante Corportation became a public company in 2007. It traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “MV” until Fidelity National Information Services acquired it in 2009.
