The JCPenney Associate Kiosk is the website used by the company to reach its associates regarding account information. The platform allows associates to check their sales commissions, product promotions and other company updates.
The website also informs employees about the steps on resolving employment disputes and on how to file their W-2 Forms electronically. Users who need further assistance may also call the phone number listed on the page.
To log in to the Associate Kiosk, users enter a nine-digit employee number and password. The eleven-character default password includes “JCP” (in uppercase), as well as the employee’s two-digit birth month, two-digit birth year, and the last four digits of his Social Security number.
