What Are the Hours of Operation for the LDS Bishop’s Storehouse in Utah?
The hours of operation for the twenty-two Utah-based Bishop’s Storehouses, also referred to as Home Storage Centers of the Church of Latter-Day Saints, vary with location. Specific hours of operation for each storehouse can be determined by calling that location directly.
The Home Storage Centers system of the Church of Latter-Day Saints receives operating funds by accepting “fast offering” donations from 13 million Mormons worldwide. Church members are encouraged to skip two meals a month and contribute the cost of that food (or more) to the system. This money is used to purchase food and home goods, which is then distributed to church members and others needy people in exchange for fulfilling work assignments.
