USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Housing Loans can be used to purchase, build and renovate a home, and 100% financing is available. Borrower’s must be credit worthy and meet income restrictions based on the county where the property is located. Applicants may have an income of up to 115% of the median in the county. Financing is available for single-family and multi-family properties. Funds cannot be used to purchase investment property, and final determination of property eligibility is made upon receipt of a complete application.

Business and Industry Loan Guarantees allows lenders to extend more credit than they normally would be able to; community and nonprofit programs and services assist health care and labor organizations, and programs and services for tribes provide loans and grants to help Native American homeowners and businesses.
