Alternatively, click the Sign Up link at the top-right corner of the homepage, and choose a signup method from the provided options. You can either sign up with your Facebook account or create a Groupon account directly from the website. If you are already a member of Groupon, click the Sign In link.
If the small Live Chat button does not appear on the right-hand side of the screen, hover the cursor along the edges of the right-hand side of the screen to reveal the Live Chat button. On the Groupon Live Chat window, confirm your name and email address, and then type the message into the message box.
