Apart from the Careers section of its website, FedEx does not publish any contact information for its human resources department. The customer service line is not able to provide a phone number or email address and does not transfer calls to that department.

The advice from customer service is to go to the Careers section of Fedex.com and fill out an application. Search for jobs from the drop-down menu on the gray square located on the right side of the screen. When prompted, create an account, and add a resume.
