All Verizon Wireless purchases come packed with a return label, but if it is lost, a new one can be printed directly from the customer's Verizon Wireless online account. If the customer does not have access to the internet, they can call Verizon Wireless customer service and have another prepaid, pre-addressed return shipping label mailed to them.
When returning merchandise to Verizon Wireless, it must be sent back in the original box and there may be a restocking fee for certain products. Everything that initially came with the product must also be returned. Some of these items include instructions, manuals, batteries, headphones and chargers.
