View both your pay stub and W-2 form online by selecting the Online Check Stubs link at Paycor.com. Simply click the appropriate link at the following screen, and enter your user name and password, or select Register Here if you have yet to create an account.

Pay stubs accessible through Paycor.com and the Employee Mobile App reflect your latest pay as of 12:01 a.m. EST of the pay date. Paycor ships paper W-2s to employers no later than January 26th each year and are available at Paycor.com within four business days of shipment from the Paycor offices. Check stubs and W-2 forms are available for viewing at Paycor.com for up to three years.
