A Florida Power & Light (FPL) bill is paid in person at a number of independent third-party retailers throughout the company's service territory. Authorized pay agents are found on an interactive map available on the FPL website.
Customers without an Internet connection can call FPL directly to receive information on authorized pay agents. Customers need to provide independent agents with either an FPL bill stub or account number. Acceptable payment methods are limited to cash, check or money order. Some agents charge a small processing fee in addition to the amount due on the bill; the allowable fee is regulated and cannot be exceeded.
