You can check your Winners’ gift card balance through either a telephone call or visiting any Winners’ store. You cannot check your balance online because online balance checking is not available.
To check your balance by phone, call 1-800-646-9466. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest Winners’ store or the merchant who sold you the card. Locate the nearest store using Winners’ store locator available at their website.
If you live in the US, your gift card balance can expire if you do not use it within five years of acquiring it. You should, therefore, use all your balance within that period.
