Make a CFNA Firestone payment online at the CFNA website, by mail or by phone, says Credit First National Association. CFNA must receive your payment by 5 p.m. on the date the payment is due to avoid a late payment charge.

When paying by phone, you make an electronic debit payment from your checking account.
