How Can You Contact the President of Verizon?

Verizon does not have an employee designated as “President.” Lowell C. McAdam, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon as of 2015, may be contacted at the corporate office, located at 140 West Street, New York, NY 10007. The phone number for the corporate office is (212) 395-1000.

Lowell C. McAdam has been the Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Communications since Aug. 1, 2011. He was subsequently appointed Chairman of the Board on Jan. 1, 2012. McAdam previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and as the CEO of Verizon Wireless. Prior to joining Verizon, he was the CEO of PrimeCo Personal Communications.

Mr. McAdam attended Cornell University and the University of San Diego and served for six years in the United States Navy. He is the Co-Chair of the CEO Council on Health and Innovation and sits on the Board of Trustees of Cornell University.

Verizon Communications is headquartered in Lower Manhattan, directly across the street from One World Trade Center. The company was originally formed as Bell Atlantic, one of the “Baby Bells” that resulted from the break up of the Bell Telephone monopoly. Bell Atlantic merged with NYNEX and GTE, two of the other Baby Bells, before renaming itself Verizon in 2000.
