Walmart sells money orders through the Money Center located in individual stores. Cash must be used to purchase money orders from the Walmart Money Center.
Find Walmart stores with MoneyCenter facilities by going to the Walmart.com website. Look under the Financial Services link at the bottom of the page for the Walmart MoneyCenter link. Money orders are used to pay bills, purchase products and services or to send another person money. They are readily accepted because they are prepaid, guaranteeing the recipient the funds will be available and not "bounce" like a check from an account with insufficient funds.
