Discover’s website has an ATM Locator page that allows users to find ATMs that accept Discover cards by address, ZIP code or landmark. Users also have the option of choosing to search only for ATMs that do not apply surcharges.

Individual ATMs that accept Discover cards have the Discover Network Acceptance mark or PULSE logo, according to Discover. In order to withdraw funds from an eligible ATM, a Discover card holder must have a PIN, which can be created or changed on the company’s website. A card holder can also obtain cash from banks in the United States with a Discover card and photo ID.
