This program teaches Subway employees everything they need to know about working at Subway, including food preparation and proper workplace behavior. The default courses for Subway University are The Subway Way, Creating a Professional Atmosphere, Frontline Food Safety, How the Frontline Operates and Food Preparation, as of 2015. Additional courses may be required depending on which position a person is applying for. Subway University can be accessed from Subway.com or downloaded as a free app from iTunes.
