Individuals can get up to $2,000 for dental checkups and other dental procedures as of 2015, according to UnitedHealthcare. The plan offers credit for contact lenses or frames, as well as emergency care for traveling. Members registered for this plan can also get access to a NurseLine, which allows them to speak with a registered nurse anytime.

To qualify for the plan, an individual needs to be a resident in the service area, be under the age of 65 and be eligible for Original Medicare parts A and B. The plan is only available for U.S. citizens or residents who have lived in the U.S. for at least 5 consecutive years.
