On Amazon's Contact Us page, there are four buttons representing user issues: An Order I Placed, Fire and Kindle, Digital Services, and Prime or Something Else. With placed orders, users must enter an order number. The Prime or Something Else option offers a further series of possible help topic buttons, including forgotten password help and Prime membership management.
If none of the options are suitable, a drop-down menu lists several other issues including refunds, payments, order changes and promotions. The user can then contact Amazon by email, telephone or chat.
