The Wonderlic personnel test is used worldwide by many companies to find out the ability of potential employees to solve different work-related problems. The total score is calculated by adding the number of questions answered correctly. A total score of 20 is considered as average intelligence. A score of at least 10 points suggests that the individual is literate. The beginning section of the test contains easy questions but they become harder as the candidate proceeds to the next level.
