The Maquila Solidarity Network and the Organization for Salvadorean Women for Peace are both groups that support women in the business sector. The Citizen Group for the Decriminalization of Abortion supports women who have been imprisoned due to abortion crimes.
The Salvadoran Citizen Group for the Decriminalization of Abortion works to gain pardons for women sentenced to prison for abortion crimes, in addition to working to decriminalize abortion in El Salvador. The Organization for Salvadorean Women for Peace works primarily in the business sector. This group advocates for women's rights in the factories and sweatshops and as private security guards within El Salvador. In addition, this organization provides support to women who complain to the Ministry of Labor. Finally, the Maquila Solidarity Network supports workers, including women, in their fight for better working conditions against global chain stores.
