Body image is not just skin-deep. Look beyond physical attributes that you might not like and look at your body as the miracle it is. Not only does positive body image include accepting yourself and focusing on your good qualities and your confidence, but it also includes focusing on the things your body can do, such as walk, run, dance, laugh, dream and breathe.
