A regulation size football field is 360 feet long by 160 feet wide, or 120 yards long by 53.3 yards wide. In addition to the playing field, the football field has two end zones that are 30 feet deep.

The field features a white border that is 6 feet wide on each side, which creates an out-of-bounds area. The inbound lines along the sides of the field are 70 feet and 9 inches apart from one another. Goal posts can be found in the very center of each of the end lines, and the crossbar is exactly 10 feet from the ground.
