  1. Move towards your goals

Begin the process by using trial and error. Instead of contemplating what will work out and what will not, take action and observe the results. For example, if you are stuck in a corporate job and dream about starting a business, experiment with your business ideas outside of work. Then, once the ideas take shape, you can quit your job. Set achievable, realistic goals and move towards them slowly and steadily.

  2. Listen to your heart

When you follow your heart’s desires, you put yourself on the road to joy. This does not mean that you should start doing everything your heart tells you to do, though. Follow productive desires and ignore unproductive ones. Trying to find single true path you are meant to follow is unrealistic. Be open to the unknown by trying as many new things as you can.

  3. Live in the present moment

Stop dwelling on the past and don’t brood about the future. Appreciate the positives in your life so that you can live in the here and now.
