Purdue OWL is an acronym for Purdue University’s Online Writing Lab. Purdue OWL offers a variety of writing resources to the public for free. The online lab contains resources for many different styles of writing, from academic papers to job applications and English as a second language.
The Purdue OWL is an online extension of the writing lab at Purdue University. Purdue graduate students who specialize in rhetoric and composition and often teach in Purdue’s writing programs primarily staff the lab.
