Kristen Welker is a reporter for NBC News who graduated from Harvard University. She became a White House correspondent in 2011 to cover the Obama administration and the 2012 presidential campaign. She travels with the Obamas to cover news stories and their lives. Welker is rated No. 4 on the 2014 list of the “most beautiful” people in politics by The Hill website. She first joined NBC in 2010 as a West Coast correspondent. She was born in 1976 and lives in Washington D.C.
