The general consensus of biblical scholars is that Jesus was not ever married and did not have any romantic relationships. A small number of fringe scholars hold the belief that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene.
There is no mention throughout the New Testament of Jesus being married or romantically involved with anyone. Many scholars believe that this absence of information is proof of Jesus' celibacy, because the New Testament revolves around detailed information about Jesus' life and works.
Those that do believe Jesus was married, use the absence of information regarding any romantic relationships to claim that there is no proof that he was not romantically involved, so marriage was in fact possible.
