Where Is Islam Located?

Islam is a religion that is found all around the world, but it is primarily found in the Middle East and North Africa. It originated in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Islam has grown to become the second-largest religion in the world. There are approximately 1.3 billion who identify as belonging to this religion. Major sects of this religion include Sunni and Shiite, which includes Twelvers and Seveners. Sufi serves as a mystical branch for Islam.
