Inclusive learning fosters an atmosphere where all participants feel comfortable enough to add to the discussion, voice their own thoughts and ideas and ask a variety of questions. An inclusive learning environment embraces the fact that everyone has a different style of learning and learns at their own pace.

Educators who use inclusive teaching find it easier to connect with a variety of students and help match coursework that is relevant to an individual. According to Cornell University, students are more likely to be successful when teachers provide activities that are supportive to each learning style, various abilities and personal backgrounds.
