What Are Some Home Remedies for a Migraine?

Home remedies for a migraine include applying ice packs to the back of the neck, forehead or temples, taking a nap, taking a warm shower or bath, massage, drinking water, resting in a low-lit room or physical therapy. Supplements such as magnesium, coenzyme Q10, riboflavin, feverfew and butterbur may also be effective, according to the Migraine Trust.
