As of January 2015, the Dodge powertrain warranty lasts for five years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, and covers the engine, the transmission and the drive system. The cost of all parts and labor involved in repairing a covered powertrain component is included in the warranty.
The Dodge powertrain warranty also covers towing to a Dodge vehicle dealer or to an affiliated dealership, including Chrysler, Jeep and Ram dealers. The warranty is transferable to a new owner throughout the duration of the warranty period. Consumers can obtain a paper copy of the warranty information and more details on the individual covered components at a local dealership.
