In the Old Testament, God never revealed his face to any man. God himself states in Exodus 33, "No one may see me and live."
God is a spiritual being, so his appearance cannot be physically described. Many prophets have tried to and failed because they could not come up with words to describe him and his glory. In Ezekiel, he is described as "glowing metal" and "radiant" with "eyes like fire." In the Old Testament, God's presence appeared to many people through objects of his choosing, such as the burning bush and the Tabernacle. In the New Testament, God reveals himself as his son, Jesus, reincarnate.
