To address a letter to multiple people at a business, each person’s name should be written out. The company address should be on the letter itself and on the envelope.
The date should be placed two lines below the letterhead. After skipping one line, the full name of the first recipient should be written, followed by a comma and the individual’s job title. On the next line, the full name and title of the second recipient should be written. This should be continued until all recipients are listed. The company name should be placed beneath the recipients, including the full street address, city, state and zip code.
