Brought three pounds of Pecorino Romano, the flavor is excellent. Bought mine from Lombardi's Market, the cheese was well packed with plastic wrap, deli paper and had two ice packs in the box. Plus more packing paper around it. Cut mine into four pieces then vacuum sealed them. Will buy this again and highly recommend the cheese and the seller.

Try combining a blue cheese, a washed- or bloomy-rind cheese, a fresh cheese, a hard cheese and a unique locally-made cheese.
