Ireland doesn't typically show up over quite as broad an area as Great Britain, Europe West, etc but it can still show up in people who don't have Irish ancestry (although with that amount of Irish, I would have expected to see some ancestry from England/Scotland/Wales if not Ireland but it's hard to say for sure.
