I would think not since they’re both 800 mg of ibuprofen, regardless of the number of tablets. It’s still going to work the same. It’s just more cost effective to take one 800mg than 4 - 200 mg tablets. Think of it this way - in a pharmacy, a prescription is written for say atenolol (a beta-blocker used for heart conditions).
