The forecast for the next 10 days says "Scattered Tstorms" with a high around 90 for all the days. So I'm just wondering, what does that mean? Will it be totally warm and sunny part of the day and then there will be a thunderstorm for an hour and then it will go back to sunny again? Someone please explain!!! Thanks, JULIE

Scattered thunderstorms means that it will rain heavily somewhere, not necessarily where you are. And if it doesn't rain where you are it doesn't mean the forecasters were wrong - kinda like hedging your bets when they use the word "scattered".
