The reason I ask is because, I purchased a bakelite thermometer which uses the red liquid (Mineral water with red dye) not mercury off ebay a few weeks ago but have now decided to sell it. after listing the exact same item I purchsed, ebay have now removed it due to "Hazardous Materials".
