Okay, Here's my situation. I have a growlithe and I want to evolve it before I go against the elite 4. The only way I see to do that is to trade to my yellow version and evolve it with a fire stone from there. But here's the problem. I want it to learn flamethrower at lv 50 as a growlithe, and Extremespeed at lv 50 once I evolve it, but extremespeed isn't in pokemon yellow.
