Well it's a quicker death than the salt thing which looks very uncomfortable! I fully deserve to be reincarnated as a slug though I get so cross though when I come out in the morning and my lovingly tended plants are just in tatters on the ground. And don't get me started on squirrels digging up my tulips, taking a quick nibble and then deciding they don't like the taste.
