Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) Income-qualified pet owners pay $25 per surgery, utilizing vets in SNSI’s statewide network. NOTE: You must be a resident of the State of Indiana to request a SNAP application.

North Shore Animal League America’s SpayUSA ® is a nationwide referral network for affordable spay and neuter services. For over 20 years SpayUSA has helped hundreds of thousands of people nationwide obtain low cost, quality spay and neuter services for their cats and dogs.
We work with a group of dedicated veterinarians and clinics to provide low cost spay and neuter surgeries. You must apply and be approved. Once approved we issue you a voucher that can be used at several local locations. We have two types of vouchers – one is for owned pets and the second program is for feral, stray, or community cats.
