I'm pretty surprised that the weight of the average WR is less than 200lbs. EDIT: I suspect that won't last long. In the 2015 draft the average weight of WRs was 205, and if you look at just the first 3 rounds (players most likely to make rosters) the average weight was 210.

One stat I've wanted to get data on was avg career lifetime by position. I think you'd want to run it once for NFL and once for college + NFL. For example, a great QB gets better with age (Montana, Brady, manning) to an extent. Kickers last a lifetime. RBs sacrifice their bodies too much.
