I paid $564 dollars. Show was at 8pm called customer service was told will reissue another ticket. Called 3 times waited total of almost 30 mins then I told customer service that i am leaving and will call my credit to cancel this charge. it is now 840pm missing almost 50 % of the show suddenly after 3 mins another tickets was emailed to me.

The amount that mytickettracker.com charges for each ticket in service fees is totally highway robbery. I bought Tom Petty concert tickets and was charged $107.67 for a service fee for EACH ticket. I've purchased many concert tickets in my lifetime and have NEVER paid over $30 per ticket for a service fee.
