Two of the Liquor Control Commission members are designated as “hearing commissioners”. When a hearing is scheduled, a panel of three individuals will preside over the hearing. This law banned alcohol sales from 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve until 7 a.m. on December 26. The same law banned alcohol sales before noon on Sundays.
