Implantation Dip is totally real!!!!! after 6 months of ttc finally a BFP at 9dpo!! ysilverio89 wrote: So I been ttc since october 2012 with no luck and finally got my bfp today!!!! I noticed a weird temp drop yesterday( 7dpo) which Im positive was implantation day because i was cramping like crazy all day!! today at 8dpo my temp was higher ...
It is possible that it can happen at 5dpo, but it's just not all that common. The other thing it might be is a fallback rise. This often happens to me at around 4 or 5dpo. Fingers crossed for it being an implantation dip, though!!!
Is it possible to have an implantation dip at 5 DPO? I had a huge drop in temp this am - and I do test at the same time every am. Will someone please look at my chart and tell me what you think?
It is 1000 times more likely that a temp dip at 3-5 dpo is a secondary estrogen surge to keep the corpus luteum functioning rather than an implantation dip. I had plenty of temp dips 3-6 dpo on cycles that I was not pregnant.
An implantation dip is a luteal phase dip that will typically occur between 7 and 10 days past ovulation (DPO), and is an indication of implantation – an early sign of pregnancy when the fertilized egg implants itself.
An implantation dip is a one-day drop in your basal body temperature (BBT) that occurs during the luteal phase, about seven to 10 days after ovulation. This drop is seen on pregnancy charts more often than non-pregnancy charts.
board crashing here but thought I could offer some advice - i took a year to fall on and know quite a few bits and bobs to maybe help!! You do sound like a possible BFP (big fat positive (pregnancy test)) to me chick, spesh if your not use to bleeding... I never bled at all but I do think a lot of women get implantation bleeding so fingers crossed for you.
I get fallback rises too and I read that they usually occur 2-3 dpo. So if you o'd a day earilier that would look like a fallback rise on 2nd dpo and a possible implantation dip at 5 dpo which I am not sure but I am guessing could possibly happen. I had a big dip on my chart on 4th dpo but my temps are screwy and look to be pretty erratic.
Implantation cramps are possible. Most likely to occur days 3-4. 4: Implantation continues as the embryo settles further in. The early placenta starts producing human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) hormone. This hormone will increase to levels where it can be identified in the blood and urine of the mother as a positive pregnancy test.
BFP with implantation dip at 9dpo . Posted on Fri, 2007-07-20 00:00 . I am four weeks pregnant today and wanted to add my symptoms. I have been reading your site for several months and the symptoms helped me to identify what was everyday occurences and what were potential signs. Thank you for this site.
