To avoid violations or disruption of service the Illinois Tollway recommends you regularly review your I-PASS account activity and update account information as necessary including: Confirming credit card information, Updating/adding license plates, Adding funds to your account, and Updating your email address.
2. Enter your account number or transponder number. 3. Enter the driver's license number that is recorded on the I-PASS account. 4. Set you username, password, security question and answer. 5. Select "Continue" 6. Log in to your account using the username and password you just created.
The Illinois Tollway will charge your credit card the cash rate for tolls. A valid credit card must remain on the account until the tolls are fully processed, which may take up to 30 days after you use the Tollway. Once the credit card is deleted, the Pay by Plate service is disabled.
The Illinois Tollway released a new mobile site where Illinois drivers can update their accounts. The agency hopes this can reduce the number of violation notices sent to I-Pass users.
