Hello Philip, I do not believe the GI Bill offers any educational benefits for the parents of the military member or veteran. I believe the GI Bill benefit can only be transferred to qualified dependents, including the military member’s spouse or children. And the GI Bill can only be transferred while the member is still in the military.
