I keep getting my nails done so that I've basically had fake nails on constantly for over 2 years now. Yes and No. It really depends on the person. Every one is different. For some, the chemicals used to apply the nails burn them, some it does not. I used to wear acrylic nails back in the last 80's for years, until the late 90's When the nail tech did the filing by hand and not a drill.
