Previously it would happen with channel 89. I am in SE near Laurelhurst park. This MUST stop !!!! The interruptions are very obviously ham radio broadcasts as the interruptions are momentary as in chatting back and forth. I am VERY aware of what I am describing as I have been exposed to ham radio operators in the past.
